8 days in paradise

Music was great, although it could be a bit loud from time to time Food was very good, plentiful and varied. Kudos to the Italian restaurant Staff were excellent. My wife had sprained her ankle a few days before our arrival, so the staff put us in a room close to most amenities….it was very, very much appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, with special mention for Kathleen Jesse and Manuel. Our room was quiet and spacious and kept clean The pools were warm and clean, with great towel services Grounds we’re beautifully kept

The smell from the swamp/sewer behind the apartments South of the main entrance was pretty rank. Had numerous run-ins with the room safe. It was unnecessarily complicated…much more so than any I’ve ever encountered in all my years of travel. The main suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to create more shady areas to hide from the mid-afternoon scorching. There is almost nowhere to hide from 2pm to 4 pm.

Great quiet all inclusive resort. Good for a relaxing pool vacation.

Know that the beach is not great for swimming and there are some sharp rocks. There is also not much for nightlife at the resort.

The resort was beautiful in design.

There were not enough adult activities. The food was not good The staff weren't friendly or engaging. We had room issues that were not addressed The bar closed too early. Ordering room service was difficult

The food selection there was not really anything geared or special for Americans not like most places have like wings and fries or oatmeal . Than the disco music was all Spanish no mixture of music

Wonderful

Beautiful location with sloths in the gardens. Service could be slow but was delivered with a smile. Enjoyed our 3 nights and would stay again if in Panama. Room was huge and we found the premium package to be worth it.

Very Good

I loved the ambiance and how clean the environment was. The staff was great and friendly. Though it's a spanish speaking country, most of the staff had basic English which made communication easier. They make you feel very welcomed and appreciated. I'd visit again

There was a lack of engagement where entertainment is considered, but it was enough for the kids to get involved. Just needs more entertainment and jamaican chefs if possible. plus the distance from the international airport is over an hour away though it says 25 minutes on the website.

Relaxing near to the city; all inclusive.

Everything was as I expected. We had access to three restaurants and wonderful coffee and drinks. The room was cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. The place had three swimming pools and direct access to the beach (including safeguard). Each detail was covered.

Check-in took too much time. The reception process would be more efficient.

Good

Sitting in the pool looking out over the Pacific Ocean and seeing the small islands as well as the ships waiting for their turn into the canal was quite awesome. The master suite we had was very nice with great room service. The preferred guest bar was excellent & so was the bartender(Eric).

Dreams was clearly having staffing/service issues in Panama. A 7 out of 10 could be high depending on what bothers other travelers. Dreams definitely has the potential to be better. We often had to ask for "things" that should be standard; like hand towels for the bathroom 5 days in a row, wash clothes & towels. Long lines at restaurants and bars(30-40 mins) were just annoying a bit. It is like management or they just didn't have the personal to identify "peek" times to add a bartender or waiter. For example, Eric was excellent at the bar & had a fantastic attitude; when noon-4pm hit & the preferred pool was slammed, he alone often was making the drinks & running for a booze reload or fruit reload quite far away. He was just buried with to much to do. He maintained his excellent attitude though, as did many other staff members. This waiting happened really everywhere ;check in, breakfast, lunch & dinner. The food quality needs to be a bit better as well as the fitness area/gym.

Very relaxing.

It was very relaxing. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The room had all the comforts of staying at a nice hotel. And the food was good.

Honestly, the sales tactics got old really quickly. We were there to relax. We didn’t want to be bothered with that. I felt sorry for the staff.

It was a very good weekend.

We really enjoyed our staying. The property looks good, it can be better in terms of aspect. The painting on the walls from the outside weren’t good enough and there were some issues with the air conditioner in one of our rooms but it was solved asap we told them.

The only thing is that the lunch is not included when we check out. We think the prices are high and at least a good bye lunch must be included.
